Medicaroid hinotori Surgical Robot
Japan's compact surgical robot with slim arms and 8mm instruments for smaller operating rooms.
The Accuray CyberKnife S7 is a robotic radiosurgery system that mounts a compact linear accelerator on a robotic arm, enabling it to deliver focused radiation beams from hundreds of different angles with sub-millimeter precision. This allows treatment of tumors throughout the body — including brain, spine, lung, prostate, and liver — without surgical incision.
The S7 generation adds AI-driven adaptive treatment planning, faster treatment delivery, and enhanced real-time tumor tracking that compensates for patient breathing and movement during treatment. Treatments that once required weeks of conventional radiation can be completed in just 1-5 sessions.
| Precision | Sub-millimeter targeting accuracy |
|---|---|
| Beam Angles | Up to 1,500+ unique beam angles |
| Tracking | Real-time tumor motion compensation |
| Treatment Sites | Brain, spine, lung, prostate, liver, more |
| Sessions | 1-5 treatments vs. weeks conventional |
| AI | AI-driven adaptive treatment planning |
