Deep Robotics X30
Hydraulic-electric hybrid quadruped with 60 kg payload for heavy industrial applications.
Deep Robotics (Hangzhou Yunshen Technology) is a Chinese robotics company specializing in quadruped robots for industrial inspection and exploration. Founded in 2017 by Zhu Qiuguo and Li Chao (both holding doctorates from Zhejiang University), the company is headquartered in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China.
Their flagship Jueying (named after Cao Cao’s legendary horse) series includes the Jueying X30, which operates in extreme temperatures (-20°C to 55°C) for power grid inspection, disaster response, and industrial monitoring. The company was the first in China to perform fully autonomous substation inspections using quadruped robots.
Deep Robotics also produces the Lite3 for education and research, and unveiled the DR01 humanoid robot in August 2024 and the Lynx wheeled-quadruped in November 2024. Clients include State Grid Corporation of China, China Southern Power Grid, and Baosteel.
