InTouch Health was a Santa Barbara, California-based company founded in 2002 that pioneered telehealth robotics. The company developed telepresence robots enabling physicians to remotely examine and consult with patients in hospitals. InTouch Health was acquired by Teladoc Health in 2020, integrating its robotic telepresence technology into one of the world’s largest virtual care platforms.
