The Dematic Multishuttle is a high-speed automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS) shuttle that operates within dense racking structures to deliver totes and cartons to picking stations. Each shuttle independently traverses a single level of the racking, with vertical lifts transferring loads between levels.

Capable of handling over 1,000 tote movements per hour per aisle, the Multishuttle system transforms warehouse throughput. Its modular architecture allows facilities to start with a few aisles and scale to hundreds of shuttles as demand grows, all managed by Dematic’s intelligent software platform.
