The Carbon Robotics LaserWeeder Autonomous takes the proven laser weeding technology and makes it fully self-driving. Unlike the tractor-pulled version, this unit navigates fields independently using GPS RTK and vision-based obstacle detection, operating 24 hours a day without requiring a tractor or human operator in the field.
The autonomous platform carries the same 30 high-power CO2 lasers and AI weed identification system, but adds full drive-by-wire capability, field boundary geofencing, and remote fleet management. Farmers can deploy multiple units across different fields and monitor all of them from a single dashboard, scaling laser weeding across their entire operation.
