RAD ROSA Gen 4
Stationary AI security agent with dual cameras, license plate recognition, and autonomous escalation.
The Ascento Guard 2.0 is a Swiss-engineered security robot with a unique two-wheeled “wheel-leg” design that handles stairs, kerbs, and rough terrain that would stop conventional wheeled robots. Developed from ETH Zurich research, it combines agility with practical security capabilities.
The second generation brings 3× brighter spotlights, 2× detection distance at the front, 5× improved side/rear detection, and 160% higher thermal camera resolution compared to V1. It operates up to 8 hours per charge with a fast 4:1 charge ratio.
Deployed in factories, data centres, energy plants, and pharmaceutical facilities, the Guard patrols predefined routes while checking perimeter integrity, door/window status, and detecting floods, fires, or intruders through AI video analysis.
